Mr Otoo was speaking at a clients' appreciation day organized by the Ashanti regional office of the company for its customers in Kumasi.The occasion offered an opportunity to the management to interact with its customers, hear their problems and see how best they could be addressed to improve the services of the company.

Mr Otoo said insurance was about paying genuine claims promptly to customers, adding that the company, which was a leader in the insurance industry, would continue to serve its customers better.

Mr Otoo called on customers of the company to join the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to enable them to access quality medical care at affordable cost.
